The marketplace
Poomas connects buyers and sellers of commercial properties and vehicles in the UAE. Listing content is provided by sellers. Buyers and sellers are responsible for independently checking authority, documents, condition, suitability and the terms of any transaction.
Seller responsibilities
Only publish a listing that you own or are authorised to advertise. Supply accurate, current information and media you have permission to use. Meet applicable advertising requirements, provide relevant references where needed and disclose important known issues. Poomas may reject or withdraw misleading, inappropriate or unauthorised listings.
Promotion bookings
A promotion request does not confirm publication or reserve a filming date. Scope, schedule and price must be agreed before payment. Paid promotion does not guarantee reach, enquiries, valuation or a sale. The label “promoted” does not mean that the listing has been independently verified.
Payment scope
Advertising and promotion enquiries, scope, placement, duration, pricing and any payment arrangements are agreed directly with the Poomas team through WhatsApp. This website does not accept online payments. Confirm cancellation and refund terms with the team before agreeing or making any direct payment. Property and vehicle transactions are arranged separately with the seller.
AI assistance
AI search and drafting are aids. Outputs can omit details or contain mistakes. Sellers must review AI drafts before submission, and buyers must confirm listing information with the seller. AI output is not an inspection, independent valuation, professional advice or document verification.
Use the platform responsibly
Do not submit spam, impersonate others, upload prohibited content or misuse enquiry contact details. Keep communications relevant to the listing. Report questionable content to the marketplace team through your account conversations.
